2. Products & Orders

• All products are handmade and may have slight variations in colour, size, or finish — this is a natural characteristic of handcrafted goods and not a defect.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g. in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability).
• An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
• Some products require a personalisation note at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement applies.
• Payment methods accepted: credit/debit card and instant EFT via PayFast, and manual EFT or ATM deposit to our ABSA account.
• For EFT/ATM deposits, orders are only processed once payment reflects in our account. Please use your order number as the payment reference.
• We are not responsible for bank charges or delays associated with EFT payments.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product designs, and graphics — is the property of Kabouterkuns PTY LTD and is protected by South African copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

5. User Accounts
